So many entrepreneurs spend our hours attached to our laptops, our cell phones and in coffee shops. Let's break away from that habit for a Saturday morning spin class! In a celebration of our local small businesses and community wellness, we are thrilled to be partnering with SPIN CO Oakville in offering a FREE Spin class for members of our small business community.

ABOUT SPINCO

SPINCO offers structured, full-body spin classes designed to strengthen the body, energize the mind and feed the soul. Since 2014, the goal of each SPINCO class has been to work together as one team, one bike, moving in unison to the beat of the music to engage the butt, core and arms. Lead by dedicated & motivating instructors, that have undergone intensive in-house training, SPINCO’s workouts are made to inspire and uplift. No matter the fitness level, prepare to be motivated to achieve higher levels of personal well-being, physical strength and positive mental attitude.


WHAT TO EXPECT:

WHEN WE RIDE...

  1. WE WORK. We work hard. Challenge yourself to crank up that resistance a little higher, dip a little deeper and sprint a little faster.

  2. WE RESPECT. We are mindful of each other and this space. This means being respectful of the instructor and other riders by not speaking while class is in progress.

  3. WE SWEAT. Things get pretty hot in here. We are considerate of others by smelling so fresh and so clean and being mindful of strong perfumes and body odour.

  4. WE LEAVE IT ALL AT THE DOOR. Inside these walls is a safe space and a rare opportunity to completely lose yourself. We leave it all at the door, including our cell phones. If you are expecting an important call, the front desk will be happy to answer your phone for you if you leave it with us.

  5. WE HAVE FUN. Everything is easier with a smile on your face.

What to wear:

We recommend wearing leggings or shorts and a top that you are comfortable working out in. At SPINCO, we ride wearing cycling shoes. Don't have your own? No sweat, we've got you covered. Cycling shoes are included in your class purchase. If you do have your own cycling shoes, please note that we use Look Keo clips.

Arriving on time:

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure that you have ample time to check-in, change, and set-up your bike. If it’s your first time, let our front desk team know – we want to take good care of you! If you have not checked in at least 5 minutes before class, your bike may be allocated to a rider on our waitlist.

Hydrate:

Things get pretty sweaty inside of our studio doors. Make sure to bring a bottle of water with you. We also sell bottled water and S'well bottles!
